Description

• The Graco TapeLazer™ is a fully automatic tape applicator for lane markings that makes the application of lane marking tapes user-friendly and cost-effective. It includes the most important functions of our well-known automatic LineLazer V HP marking devices. Add a LineDriver if you want to maximize productivity and reduce fatigue with every application.

  Apply temporary or permanent tapes up to 14 inches (35.5 cm) wide with the accuracy of a push tape applicator and the convenience and productivity of a large truck marking machine. The TapeLazer HP can cut marking tapes within 3 inches (8 cm) of the roadside at the touch of a button without stopping. Apply double lines in just one pass and pre-program line breaks - no layout required.

  Problem-free cutting

  • Individual, non-adhesive blade cuts on the non-adhesive side of the belt prevent the accumulation of adhesive and make an oiler unnecessary for maintenance. No annoying oil
  • The Quikchange blade replacement system allows you to replace the blade in seconds. You don't have to interrupt your work and downtime is reduced to a minimum

   

  Precise cuts - every time

  • The exclusive 2-stage cutting process prevents the tape from being pulled upwards during cutting and thus guarantees the best possible adhesion
  • The Precision-Cut™ system with pneumatic brake stops the belt briefly during the cutting process - the result is a sharp, clean cut

  • Slide the belt trolley to the right or left to maintain a maximum distance of 8 cm (3 inches) from the edge of the road
